Our Manufacturing Process
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident

FIBCs are a type of industrial container made from flexible fabric. They are an economical choice for storing and transporting dry, flowable products like sand, fertilizer, and granules of plastic.
They are often made from thick woven polyethylene or polypropylene, and they typically measure around 45–48 inches in diameter. They can vary in height from 39 to 79 inches.
Most FIBCs have a capacity of around 1000 kg or 2000 lbs, but some of the larger ones can store even more. For example, a bulk bag designed to transport one metric ton of material will only weigh 5–7 lbs.
Industries that use FIBC bags:
Chemicals
Pharmaceutical Drugs
Fertilizers
Fiberglass
Food Products
Grains
Shotcrete
Construction materials (sand, gravel)
Pigments
Plastics
Refractories
Seeds
Peanuts

Our Quality Control Process
We maintain a high level of technical capability through our professional and experienced employees supported by the use of latest equipment and modern techniques. We follow all relevant national (Product BIS) and international (ISO 9001:2008) standards as well as applicable regulatory and legal requirements. The company has defined quantifiable quality objectives for each important function at each level to monitor the performance of defined activities.
We perform the inspection of goods at three different stages.
This section performs quality checks for the goods which are sourced and used as inputs in the manufacturing process.
All PP / LDPE granules, master batches, juki yarn, multifilament, document pocket, rubber stereo, felt, B-lock / rope lock, wooden pallets, ink, and other sourced products are inspected to have achieved the required standard.
All the bags / bag components under production are inspected in this section.
Extrusion: Denier, strength, width and elongation of tapes.
Weaving: Fabric width, mesh, texture, GSM, marking color code, breaking strength and elongation.
Needle Loom: Width, strength and weight per meter of webbing.
Lamination: Bonding and thickness.
Liner: Dimensions, thickness, open ability, sealing, breaking strength and elongation.
Cutting: Weight per piece, cut length and width of all fabric, loops etc.
Stitching: Type of stitching, attachment, loop and other component fixing.
Finishing: Production sample against each order is prepared and checked for customer’s specification. Final production starts after the first sample is approved. Visual inspection of all the bags under production for overall appearance and contamination. One bag out of every 25 bags is checked for the dimensions of attached parts and main body as per customer specifications.
QA in-charge is responsible for carrying out the operation of final inspection. 20% of ordered bales are randomly inspected with a minimum of 10 samples per bale for dimension of all the attached parts and main body, contamination, print matter, packing and bale/pallet marking.
